Please carry your identification with you while at the casino. Due to security protocols, you will be required to present your ID when entering and exiting the premises. 

Yes, there is free on-site parking.

Please park in the north parking garage.

Use the elevator to the 4th floor (casino)

Once through security, proceed to the left towards the event center.  

The event center is a short walk from the north parking garage and is just past the restaurant. 

Tickets are now available in our Shop. Registration Closes April 16, 2026.

There may be tickets available for purchase at the event if seating capacity permits.

Please visit event registration desk to inquire during event. 

Tickets/Name Badges WILL NOT BE MAILED. 

Please pick up your name badge at WILL CALL on April 30th, between 7:45-8am at event registration desk. 

• Free Admission ticket holders receive a name badge sticker.
• Paid ticket holders, sponsors, presenters and board members receive an event name badge.

Please disregard default verbiage of "free shipping" on the items in the shop. Due to limited ticket quantities we must keep track of stock as if it were a physical item.  No items will be shipped.

At the event registration table please provide your name. Our list will detail what you placed your order for. We will give you your name badge(s) and welcome packet.

EQC is not equipped with chargers for electric cars. 

Valet parking is not available.

When you are viewing the ticket item listing, there is a prompt for your certification number to be entered. This is a requirement for all OWMBE specific tickets.
